What will happen to my client file?

To ensure continuity of service to you, we are pleased to inform you that all client files will be transferring to another regulated law firm, Axiom DWFM Limited (SRA ID: 628201) ("Axiom Ince") as detailed in the correspondence you will have received from Plexus Legal LLP or Plexus North LLP, together with your dedicated case handler in accordance with clients’ instructions.

Axiom Ince will also be in direct contact with you, by phone, email or other messaging system as you may prefer, so as to take your full instructions.

Can I instruct another solicitor?

Yes of course, you may instruct any solicitor of your choice.

Please just let your dedicated case handler know that you would like to instruct another law firm and they will immediately make arrangements for the safe transfer of your file, together with any other valuable documents that may have been held for you in their secure storage and any client funds that may be being safely held on your behalf, to any other law firm of your choice.

Your dedicated case handler will be in touch with you direct to take your full instructions.

What will happen to my wills, deeds or other valuable documents?

We are pleased to let you know that all Wills and Deeds and other valuable documents are being safely transferred in accordance with clients’ instructions as part of the sale of Plexus Legal LLP and Plexus North LLP to SRA regulated law firm Axiom.

Should you wish to retrieve any of your valuable documents or instruct any other firm to hold these documents on your behalf, please get in touch with your case handler and they will be happy to assist you and arrange for the secure transfer of these documents either back to you or to any other solicitor of your choosing.
