Bellhill Limited – in Administration

Alistair McAlinden and Blair Nimmo were appointed Joint Administrators of Bellhill Limited – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 19 May 2021.

The Administration was converted to a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation on 6 May 2022, and Alistair McAlinden and Blair Nimmo were appointed as Joint Liquidators.  Information on the liquidation can be accessed here.

Alistair McAlinden and Blair Carnegie Nimmo are authorised to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
