On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Intu Shopping Centres plc – in Administration

Jim Tucker, David Pike and Mike Pink were appointed Joint Administrators of Intu Shopping Centres plc – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 26 June 2020.
David Pike resigned as Joint Administrator with effect from 29 August 2025.
