Poundstretcher Limited – under a Voluntary Arrangement

Will Wright and David Costley-Wood were appointed Joint Supervisors of Poundstretcher Limited – under a Voluntary Arrangement (the ‘Company’) on 3 July 2020. Following David Costley-Wood’s resignation, Blair Nimmo was appointed Joint Supervisor by Order of Court with effect from 18 March 2021.

If you have amounts due to you from the Company as at the date of appointment, you can register a claim by completing a notice of claim form.
