RSL Realisations 2023 Limited – in Administration

Alistair McAlinden and Chris Pole were appointed Joint Administrators of RSL Realisations 2023 Limited – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 22 September 2023.

Following the administration appointment, Recast Sports Ltd platforms and recast.tv were suspended and it was not possible to view or download any content thereon.

On 29 September 2023, the Joint Administrators completed the sale of Recast’s website and platforms to Content Technology Partners Ltd ("CTP"). CTP are commencing the process of re-engaging with Publishers and it is understood that the platform could be made available with effect from 11 October 2023.

CTP is honouring certain wallet balances containing purchased and unused credits as at the date of the administration appointment by allocating Compensation credits to these fans. The Compensation credits take into consideration your history of top ups, free/earned credits and credits spent. CTP will be in contact with fans directly to provide details.

If you have provided content to the Company or any other goods and services for which you have not yet been paid, please complete a Proof of debt form and send this to recastqueries@interpathadvisory.com.

If you have amounts due to you from the Company as at the date of appointment, you can register a claim by completing a proof of debt form.
