VBites Foods Limited – in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation

James Clark and Howard Smith were appointed Joint Liquidators of VBites Foods Limited – in Liquidation (the ‘Company’) on 15 November 2024.

The administration of Vbites Foods Limited has come to an end. For further information please refer to the final progress report.

James Clark and Howard Smith of Interpath Advisory were previously appointed Joint Administrators of the Company on 11 December 2023. Following the end of the administration on 15 November 2024, the Company was subsequently placed into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation.
