On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Will Wright and Steve Absolom were appointed Joint Administrators of Byron Hamburgers Limited – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 31 July 2020. Following Steve Absolom’s resignation, Claire Winder was appointed Joint Administrator by Order of Court with effect from 10 June 2022.
