The Companies are no longer trading, therefore if you have booked a service you will need to find a different dealer to service your vehicle.
Due to the number of different service plans, the administrators are unable to confirm the validity of your warranty or service plan. Please contact either the warranty/service plan provider or manufacturer for confirmation. If you are not covered, you may have an unsecured claim against the company; in which case, please email us details of the amounts you are owed, your contact details (including your full postal address), and we will ensure that you will receive updates on the progress of the administration. If you have paid a deposit for a new vehicle, the Company is unable to directly refund this deposit. However, our understanding is that the manufacturers are very keen to try and help customers in this situation and are in the process of contacting all such customers. If you are yet to receive contact from the manufacturer, you may wish to consider contacting them directly. If you have paid a deposit on credit card you may be able to recover your deposit from your merchant provider.
