How to submit a claim

If you have amounts due to you from the Company as at the date of the Creditors Meeting, you are entitled to vote on the Proposal. You can do this by completing the Voting and Notice of Claim form. Should you require guidance on how to complete the form, please refer to the above CVA Voting Guide.
