On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. David Costley-Wood and Chris Pole were appointed Joint Supervisors of The Royal Crown Derby Porcelain Company Limited – under a Voluntary Arrangement (the ‘Company’) on 30 September 2020. Following David Costley-Wood’s resignation, Richard Harrison was appointed Joint Supervisor by Order of Court with effect from 18 March 2021.
