David Costley-Wood and Chris Pole were appointed Joint Supervisors of The Royal Crown Derby Porcelain Company Limited – under a Voluntary Arrangement (the ‘Company’) on 30 September 2020. Following David Costley-Wood’s resignation, Richard Harrison was appointed Joint Supervisor by Order of Court with effect from 18 March 2021.
