On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Geoff Jacobs and David Costley-Wood were appointed Joint Administrators of Sonder Ltd – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 10 April 2019. Following the resignation of David Costley-Wood, Howard Smith was subsequently appointed as replacement Joint Administrator on 12 March 2021.
