Danka Business Systems Plc – in Members’ Voluntary Liquidation

Finbarr O'Connell and Allan Graham were appointed Joint Liquidators of Danka Business Systems Plc – in Members' Voluntary Liquidation (the ‘Company’) on 19 February 2009. Following Finbarr O'Connell’s resignation, John Milsom was appointed Joint Liquidator by Order of Court with effect from 13 April 2010. Following Allan Graham’s resignation, Mark Orton was appointed Joint Liquidator by Order of Court with effect from 4 October 2016. Following John Milsom’s resignation, Nick Timpson was appointed Joint Liquidator by Order of Court with effect from 23 December 2020. Following Mark Orton’s resignation, Steve Absolom was appointed Joint Liquidator by Order of Court with effect from 15 June 2021. Following Steve Absolom’s resignation, David Pike was appointed Joint Administrator by Order of Court with effect from 10 June 2022.
