On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Will Wright and Mark Orton were appointed Joint Administrators of Jamie's Italian Limited – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 21 May 2019. Following Mark Orton’s resignation, Chris Pole was appointed Joint Administrator by Order of Court with effect from 15 June 2021.
